With over 27 years living in Colorado and 16 in the Real Estate industry, I bring a vast skillset of love for living in the Centennial state. I have lived all over the state and now reside in Golden with my wife of 10 years, Constance and daughters, Zuri and Zander. I am an avid outdoor adventurist pursuing a myriad of activities such as getting into the mountains, on snow, and in high places.
Since 2005, I have been building my Real Estate business that focuses on what matters most, helping people achieve their goals. I have consistently been a top producer within my brokerage and assist with company and individual agent development. Playing on each side, representing Buyers and Sellers, enables me to maintain creativity and perspective to assist my clients. I am also an active Real Estate Investor. I assist clients who are looking to place their money in a more profitable, cash on cash, return on their investments. I have many resources with contractors and have the knowledge and expertise of the renovation process to pick out key upgrades to maximize return investment. More recently, I have been helping commercial clients achieve their goals. Whether it’s a build to suit, leasing or strategizing to place a company in the local area, I have been able bring life to the visions of business owners and entrepreneurs.
The common thread through all of these ventures is this: help people to build relationships and their goals will come to fruition. I have helped hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes, real estate investors create profitable returns and business owners strategically place their companies. Geography is no limitation, as I am versed in all Denver Metropolitan neighborhoods, the Front Range Foothills and even Boulder and Golden. My integrity, positive energy, hard work and creative nature have helped me succeed, not only in my personal life, but also in my Real Estate business.
